The staff are very friendly here. We were there every day for the 4 days. Just great ...

The quality is good, but the portions are not particularly big. Was expecting a little more.

The food is freshly prepared, the fish rolls are simply delicious and you are served in a friendly manner. Would love to come back.

I am super excited about this place. We were greeted very politely and kindly. The ambience also appealed to me very much. The burger was really good. I was particularly impressed by the meat and in my opinion it is of high quality. It was also perfectly fried. We would love to come back

Burger and fries okay, there are much better addresses! Bad service, probably unskilled staff. Overall, the price-performance ratio is rather disappointing!

Just got a coffee to take with me when I asked for more sugar and a couple came in and wanted a table they got promptly. I had to wait for my sugar even though I am also a customer and had already paid.

Food and cocktails were very good, the service came quickly and the order didn't take long. Price performance ratio is very good.

Burgers are good, service too. As usual in the hotel restaurant. Ambience is simple. Burgers don't have anything special. Definitely recommendable for once. Otherwise the offer of burgers in Hamburg is quite large and unfortunately there are some better ones. Otherwise good 👍🏻

The food is really good and was quickly brought to the table, but it was also not busy. The ambience is bad and not inviting, you felt like in a train station hall and it has pulled out enormously (Windzug of Entrance). The staff is totally unfriendly and by no means attentive ..! Due to the negative aspects, we would not eat here anymore, although the food was really good, too bad ...

Great gin selection. Burgers were just ok.

Staff are unhelpful. Eating behind the counter. Place was empty but we were not allowed to choose our seat. Our wedding voucher was scrutinised in front of us in a manner that made us feel like they wanted to find a way of refusing it.

Very good, fresh burgers, delicious dips and side dishes, everything was very good 👍👍 also not a long wait, service was quick but unfortunately cold Nordic, the background music was a bit too loud, otherwise everything was okay here, you can recommend

If you like Burgers, this is the place for you. Just delicious here. We have been here for lunch a few times. The sweet potato fries are delicious. It is also well located. Close to the Landungsbrücken and the Reeperbahn. It is also nicely decorated. Something retro. With a parking lot you have to be lucky ... or arrive by train. The staff is friendly.

Friendly staff, but sloppy execution. No gluten free burger buns, but that’s not unusual. As a gluten intolerant I was however a bit miffed, when my Cesar Salad arrived with lots of the croutons I told them to leave out. The sweet potato fries was very over salted (and I LIKE salt). And the Aperol Spritz arrived badly mixed and with a very obvious human hair of considerable length (definitely someone who uses conditioner). Come on! It would be so easy to do better!

Great burger and between 12 p.m. and 3 p.m. you get a burger, fries and a drink for 11 EUR. The sweet potato fries were awesome too.

Super delicious burgers at a fair price and even available in the lunch menu! We were there for our birthday and the waitress even spiced up the brownie with candles and decorations. The cocktails are totally okay in terms of price. The diner looks very American and we also liked the music. The service from our waitress was really great and we will definitely be back !!

Burgers are ok, but not great. I had a cheeseburger and could barely taste the cheese. For a place that prides itself for its angus beef the meat was underwhelming, and they insist on cooking it to at least medium. Service was impatient and condescending. Also the lunch deal for 9.50€ for a 120gr burger small fries and a drink, this no bargain.

Burgers are delicious. BBQ with extra meat rocks. Service is very friendly, orders are processed very quickly. You do not really have to wait long. Lemon and chili mayo with the sweet potato fries are very nice. At lunch you also save a lot of money.
